I love it here!
April 19, 2025My husband and I have been living here for 2 years now, no complaints whatsoever!! They have great amenities and actually keep up with them. It’s apartment living so hearing neighbors is inevitable, but overall the property is kept clean and management is helpful and considerate. Passion and Jalen are always super helpful whenever I call or go in. Maintenance is good & have addressed all my issues in a timely manner. I like the neighborhood as well because there are banks, fast food and grocery ...stores in walking distance. I’ve had a great experience here.Property Manager Responded

March 28, 2023Lasselle place is horrible. A/C didn’t work all summer and the hot water kept going out all winter. Termites in the building and the bathroom water smells like sulfur. Takes months to get things repaired and they just break again. Refrigerator has been “fixed” about 4 times already and is still leaking water on the floor every morning. Don't move here!!
August 3, 2022I've only lived here a few months and it's been terrible. I really wish I would have listened to the reviews before committing. Gates are broken, trash is overflowing with homeless going through it, I witnessed a hit and run on a car, dog poop on the side walks, broken bars on the front gate, I could go on and on with all the problems we have here and within our apartment. I've been told many people like myself are having to wait more than 1 month to get things fixed my maintenance. I would high ...recommend you look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded
