    The community is safe, quiet, tucked away, well taken care of, and just a great place to live! We enjoy the walking paths, green space for our kids and dog, the clubhouse is wonderful and our kids enjoy the pool. The apartments are well maintained and clean, and maintenance is always done quick. I'd highly recommend living here, it’s a great place!

    I’ve lived here for 2 years and already extended my lease through 2028. It has been a great place for my daughter and I to live. It is a true community and the staff are wonderful and helpful. I have had an excellent experience here in all ways. The pool is great and open year round.

    Absolutely love living here! Beautiful pool and gym, top-tier views of nature, and the grounds are always immaculate with thoughtful landscaping. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, offering extensive sidewalks and nearby parks. Beyond that, the staff are kind, welcoming, and they truly care about the residents. Shout out to Preet, Clo, Joe, and Halla! 10/10 recommend.

    I was not happy in my old apartment complex and started searching for a new one. I looked at quite a few before discovering Latham. I chose Latham for many reasons; the attached garage, the large rooms, the full sized washer/dryer, the walk in closets, the view of the pond, the pool and workout equipment, the community area with Starbucks coffee and the barbecue area. Those features have not disappointed. After living here almost a year, I have found even more reasons to love Latham. The ...
    community itself is very quiet and safe. Everyone is conscientious of keeping us clean and attractive. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and courteously. There are many walking paths which I enjoy with my dog. So to sum it up, Latham has become my home.

    I've been really satisfied with moving to this community. My 2 bedroom apartment is clean and feels brand new. My favorite part is the extended/attached garage, perfect for storing all of my sports equipment and holiday decor. The wildlife here is awesome, along with the walking paths that lead to the labyrinth and wetland preserve. The Starbucks Cafe is a huge plus. I've also enjoyed the community events that the leasing office hosts, making it easy to meet new people.

    I lived in South Carolina and was looking for a place in the Columbus area. I called the office and got Karen. She went out onto the property with her cell phone and gave me a tour. That experience was like being on-site. Everything looked amazing. I signed a lease and moved in. It's a beautiful, quiet, safe and pet-friendly community. The staff has been very cordial. I plan on being here a long time.

    Lived there two years (signed of the the last multi year leases) At the time it was priced well, although priced have jumped dramatically since then. My only complaints were the requirement to have their overpriced and underwhelming cable service and that upon moveout I feel like I was nickel and dimed being charged for things they were required to do anyway. I had a professional cleaner come in to clean upon my move and I was disappointed that they found a reason to hold on to my security ...

    We just renewed our lease at the Square, and couldn’t be happier calling this place home. The apartment is beautiful and perfect for our small family. We love the amenities, especially the year round pool. We also love the convenience of the short drive to anything we need, including school.
