My New Home
March 6, 2025I was not happy in my old apartment complex and started searching for a new one. I looked at quite a few before discovering Latham. I chose Latham for many reasons; the attached garage, the large rooms, the full sized washer/dryer, the walk in closets, the view of the pond, the pool and workout equipment, the community area with Starbucks coffee and the barbecue area. Those features have not disappointed. After living here almost a year, I have found even more reasons to love Latham. The ...community itself is very quiet and safe. Everyone is conscientious of keeping us clean and attractive. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and courteously. There are many walking paths which I enjoy with my dog. April 3, 2024I feel like I am on vacation every day! Beautiful modern two bedrooms, two bath apartment, including an attached garage, weekly garbage service, open kitchen with granite countertops, beautiful stainless appliances, gorgeous year round swimming pool, 24 hr fitness center! Also, check out the amazing bicycle/walking trails throughout our community connecting us with other communities! Wonderful place for dogs! More than just an apartment
March 22, 2024I've been really satisfied with moving to this community. My 2 bedroom apartment is clean and feels brand new. My favorite part is the extended/attached garage, perfect for storing all of my sports equipment and holiday decor. The wildlife here is awesome, along with the walking paths that lead to the labyrinth and wetland preserve. The Starbucks Cafe is a huge plus. Nice place to live
December 26, 2022I lived in South Carolina and was looking for a place in the Columbus area. I called the office and got Karen. She went out onto the property with her cell phone and gave me a tour. That experience was like being on-site. Everything looked amazing. I signed a lease and moved in. It's a beautiful, quiet, safe and pet-friendly community. The staff has been very cordial. Overall a very nice place
September 8, 2022Lived there two years (signed of the the last multi year leases) At the time it was priced well, although priced have jumped dramatically since then. My only complaints were the requirement to have their overpriced and underwhelming cable service and that upon moveout I feel like I was nickel and dimed being charged for things they were required to do anyway. I had a professional cleaner come in to clean upon my move and I was disappointed that they found a reason to hold on to my security ...deposit. That being said, when comparing to other apartments that were similar in price at the time it was nice place at a reasonable price and the staff was always very nice and easy to work with.Property Manager Responded

My Favorite Apartment
December 8, 2020My wife and I have last rented an apartment back in 1973. Over the `course of that time we owned homes in all our relocations. But now being retired we decided it was time to downsize and we searched and searched throughout Columbus to find an apartment complex that would suite our needs. And our needs were simple. Great company folks to work with. A maintenance dept. that fulfilled our request within a day and not a week. And pride of ownership forthcoming from the company as well as our ...neighbors.
