A Great Community to Call Home

I relocated back home to Ocala in 2024. I needed to move from another state to here. It was extremely challenging to try to find a place that you felt safe at and that had everything you needed. I also needed to move my disabled, elderly mother. The office staff was absolutely amazing. Eboney not only was the first inquiry to reach back out to me quickly, but was so easy to work with. Once we got to Ocala and I received my keys to move into my new apartment home, I was pleasantly surprised by ...
what I saw. My apartment was everything that I thought it would be and more. I felt incredibly welcomed. Unfortunately in less than two weeks time my mother became quite ill, ended up in the ER, then hospice, and sadly passed away. The office staff was so incredibly kind and caring. They made a very difficult time in my life a little easier to deal with. Maintenance staff is some of the best I've ever experienced. They are respectful, quick, and thorough when they do any type of a job requested. The grounds are well kept, it's a beautiful property, it's very affordable, and I feel safe here. I love that it's a gated community and it is so close to everything. There's activities for families, amazing swimming pool and patio area, and we have food trucks that come around once in awhile. It's a pet friendly community too. I have been here a couple of years and I look forward to resigning my lease again. Happy to call this place my home.

I have only been living here for a little over a month but the office staff is fantastic. I have had a few minor issues that they have taken care of right away. They even called after my 30 days to make sure I was happy and doing well at the complex. I would recommend the complex.

I must say I picked a great place to live. I did resign my lease for another year even though I was not expecting to be in an apartment for another year. I was looking to buy but the houses has increased tremendously. I’m hoping prices decrease next year prior to my lease ending. But since I'm still in an apartment I am glad it is this one. Always quiet, staff are always professional and the maintenance staff comes immediately when you put in a ticket to fix the problem. Excellent place to live

Excellent apartment complex

I moved to this location from Virginia and really did not know what to expect due to not viewing the apartment myself. I did the virtual tour with Nicole due to Covid 19. (I think that was her name)
Nevertheless she took her time and really walked in every room, outside, the pool and gym area. I felt comfortable signing a lease but was still cautious when it was time to move in.
I have lived here almost 4 months and would truly recommend this apartment complex. Maintenance is always doing ...
something outside to keep the property value up. The apartment looks just like what was shown via the virtual tour.
If you are looking for a quiet, clean and friendly complex, this would be the one. I am glad I picked this apartment complex as I was set on another apartment one down the street where the ratings was higher plus monthly rent.
I could not found anything better. Great place to live

The Tour was excellent and very professional, the leasing consultant Katrina was amazingly polite, very professional and welcoming. The complex is very beautiful,safe and clean. The entire place and people there was just amazing and would be a perfect place to live for single first time buyers or raising a families there.
