I lived in the Latitude 47 APT for 6 months and it was not bad to live except EXTREMELY slow ELEVATOR and locked in once. When I moved out I had the Walk-Through with their staff and everything was fine just need to be clean. I also have the signed Move-Out Inspection Statement and do not show that need to be replaced the Carpet but they charge me $2,000 for replacement carpet without any notice. I called them and they said that they found out pet damaged after I moved out and they told me that ...
they will send it to a collections agency if I don't pay that. That is really ridiculous and I do not recommend this apartment. If I could give 0 star, I would...

I can’t find a word to explain how I like living here!! They have good view, we saw a rainbow just in our window. People are nice in here, and feeling safe. Nearby the apartment is a fire department, library, police office, wholefood, Mod piazza, safeway, trader joe etc.

Avoid like your life depends on it! They will harass you and make you miserable in so many ways. Noisy, Smokey, smelly and carpet in hall has urine all over it and hall corridors with nails on the floor, no parking available and staff is awful.

*Beware* this apartment is not a suitable place to stay due to so many neighbors here that complain over the littlest things. I had to deal with unnecessary complaints made on a weekly basis which interfered with my busy life. I had to stress about every little move I made living here; it was very difficult for me to live a comfort life and I was NOT able to enjoy my stay here at all! University place is a nice place to live but the residents here are way too harsh and over sensitive about ...
everything even when you're not really doing anything to cause any problems. *TIPs* to save money here if you do decide to move to Latitude 47. *THINGS TO LOOK FOR WHEN YOU MOVE OUT* *keep the walls clean and damage free (otherwise you'll be charged for any damages) *Do not spill anything on the carpet or have any animal urine on carpet. They will rip up the carpet when you move out to inspect it. (They will charge you to replace the entire carpet if they see any stains underneath!) * Clean the drip pan on the stove top before you move out otherwise you'll be charged an arm and a leg for all 4 drip pans! I would never recommend this apartment to any future residents who are looking into living in university place. There are many other apartment to live in that are more affordable and less stressful to live in than this apartment. Search around and do your research. P.S the walls in this apartment are paper thin. You can hear every foot step, noise, door closing, laundry machine, from the resident above you and below you. If you aren't quiet yourself I guarantee that you will get a complaint or a few because you can't make a sound without anyone hearing it.
