November 8, 2022Pros: wonderful amenities All electric (no gas utilities) Large clubhouse and building an outdoor shelter area Dog park Friendly maintenance and Office staff Love this complex a lot and it’s got a lot to offer in todays urban busy lifestyle. Cons: Need to do a better job managing the woodland, small prairie and ponds on site. Internet is spotty. Back half of the complex you don’t get much Cellular service so you basically have to buy internet.Property Manager Responded

All about the money!
October 6, 2020The “big wigs” do not personally care about the residents and did not want to help at all during time in need with job loss due to COVID. They actually sent out an email telling residents to apply for a rental assistance program, thus causing many to get behind on rent while waiting approval, and then proceeded to change their mind and tell residents that they weren’t going to accept the program to help residents. Do not trust anything they offer or say! Just a follow up for those thinking about ...moving in. This issue was discussed and a payment plan was offered. This after we were already behind from them offering help and taking it away. NOW, they have sent us papers from a lawyer with a court date for eviction! Mind you - The CDC has extended eviction restrictions until December of 2020 - but of course they are sneaky and won’t tell anyone that! Bottom line - like I previously said - DONT trust these people and expect them to help you or go above and beyond. All about the money and that’s all!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Stay away
May 14, 2020Don't move here. The highest internet available sucks. I am on the verge of loosing my job because everyone is forced to work remote right now and the internet speed wont support my job. Please save your money and time dont move here. It is over rated and over priced it is the worst apartment complex ever built. Even canceled my cable because the signal wasn't good enough. Please dont move here there is better options out there for the same price. The additional bedrooms are small. The master is ...big but the others are small.SAVE YOUR MONEY THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!Property Manager Responded

Stay away...
June 29, 2019Paying for the highest internet is worthless. Basically 10 mbs for 90 dollars. Contacted every provider ever and nobody can offer you service because of location, so stuck with their horrible internet. Have had something go wrong with the appliances so many times and they do temporary fixes that only last a week instead of replacing them. Make sure to get everything in writing. They will try and back out of any promotion they offered to you while trying to get you an apartment. Overall horrible ...horrible managment...Property Manager Responded

Worst apartment experience
July 7, 2018In my 30 years of apartment living this has been my worst experience. The office staff is horrible. The Property Manager doesn't care to hear your side of things. She is rude and will tell you to prove it. I've never had to ask for things in writing on a continuous basis so I took Kendra's (assistant manager) word. Kendra told me an out date and then when she realized she was going to get in trouble she lied and said she never said it. The property manager also told me not to even try to get in ...touch with someone above her because they would just send it back to her. The property manager kept insisting everything was documented such as conversations that never happened. I'm still in shock over blatant disregard for what I was telling her. I'm not upset about the money I'm upset about being lied to and how the property manager choose to handle it. She didn't care one bit about what I had to say. Even said she could Make me pay more if she wanted to. I'm sure many can find things wrong with apartment living however this place doesn't care about their residents. They argue and lie to cover their own butts and do not care what affect it has on the resident.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 22, 2018I have been putting this off for some time now but finally had the last straw yesterday. After being lied to what seems to be a millionth time . I would give this place a zero. The management is awful and treats residents like they are just like they are worthless. It all started when we first moved in they told us they didn't have time to find us a storage unit and if we wanted to we could go find one our self. The first month rent they over charged us 100 by accident they said when called out ...about it they credit our account. One night while taking the dogs out I watched a maintenance worker get frustrated and throw a door mate off the porch it sat there for 3 months!! When moving out we management said one thing and now they are back pedaling to saying different to charge us more money. This place is money hungry. They only care about the money you give them and they will get every last cent out of you they can. I have lived in some rough places and I would much rather live in those areas instead of here after the experience we have had here. If you are looking to move here i would just keep on going unless you want to be treated poorly and ripped off by the managementProperty Manager Responded
