March 20, 2026It was a nice place to live here, quiet, chill, up until cops started showing up a lot more often when we renewed our lease the second time. Idk what it is but complexes need to do thorough background checks bc it’s the same building where cops are coming and makes me not feel safe about my neighbors and the amount of homeless people that are in and out. ESPECIALLY in the gym! I’ve had multiple Occurrence’s where homeless people just waltz in there and security takes forever to get there. I live ...in the very back and there’s a spot where there is nothing of light and also have found homeless people lingering by the tables and don’t feel safe when walking my dog. The pool is nice and having the Dillo convenient store is nice, but the homeless people and cops is just a huge problem.Property Manager Responded

February 17, 2026I have lived here for 2 years now, and I have no bad comments about it. The location is great, the community is quiet and friendly. The staff is nice and accommodating. If I would have to change something it would be the temperature of the pool during the summer months just because the pool stays warm, other than that, no notes.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026Living at this apartment community has been a mix of convenience and comfort. The location is great — close to shopping centers, restaurants, and main highways, which makes commuting easy. The maintenance team is responsive and usually handles requests quickly, and the staff in the leasing office are polite and helpful whenever I have questions. The property itself is kept fairly clean, and I appreciate the effort they put into maintaining the landscaping and common areas. Parking is decent, and ...I’ve always felt safe walking around the complex. The neighbors are generally quiet, and I rarely have issues with noise. The apartment layout is nice and spacious for the price, and the kitchen appliances work well. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience here so far, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to live.Property Manager Responded

January 6, 2026The application process is definitely a little more challenging than it should be. Communication could definitely be a lot better during this time. Once you have the opportunity to speak to the leasing staff their friendly. But, It is very difficult to get in touch with someone unless you go there in person.Property Manager Responded

October 15, 2025I have enjoyed my long stay at Laurel Canyon. The leasing office personnel are responsive and helpful. Albert and Abraham do an excellent job with maintenance. For the most part, I feel the community is safe, despite the fact that my car was seriously vandalized twice. It would be nice to have more of a security presence.Property Manager Responded

October 1, 2025It's good overall just a few inconveniences that comes with 20 year old apartment building. Top three biggest complaint is there's only one entrance and it's gate but the gate access codes don't work anymore, so you have to use a phone app that sometimes has trouble to getting connection. Beautiful location though with convenient access to so many restaurants and stores as well as being so close to the 1604 highway access. Only downside to that is rush hour during the morning and afternoonsProperty Manager Responded
