    Do not move here! You won't see your deposit back and will probably owe money. They say they are pet friendly but I always felt like I was getting dirty looks all the time, and complaints when my animal wasn't even around. Could here the people below me till late at night playing guitar and banging drums. They tried to get more money out of me for the drip for the air conditioner when we use it because it stained the bathtub...dont know why thats my problem and why I should have called ...
    "maintenance" when its an architectural problem. They would consistently be coming into the apartment for inspections and that was really hard when you work full time and have an animal in the house.

    Very well maintained complex. We have a unit over the garages so do not experience any trouble with noise. Managers are friendly and helpful. The area is very nice and relatively quiet and comfortable. The apartment itself is very spacious in the bedrooms though the kitchen and garage are really tiny. The area is really nice too offering biking and hiking trails, multiple pools and even a water park for the kids. The elementary school is within walking distance. Area will support an ...
    active life style. They also offer a garden area in the community where you can grow your own vegies. Lots of community events throughout the year that are within walking distance at the school park.

    Living in Orange County is a great privelege, life here is mostly peaceful and filled with wonderful conveniences. Every community has ups and downs but we are able to overcome them with the help of the community managers that give us the best experience possible. Laurel Glen may seem like a complicated community to some especially since it is a family and pet friendly environment where you hear dogs barking or children screaming, playing or blocking the parking area with their toys. ...
    Unfortunately that is part of what you have to endure if you want to live in a community like Laurel Glen. It is not flawless but it does live up to a good standard that many can enjoy especially during the summertime when the waterparks are open to residents for a one time fee and the local parks where you can have a good time with your children. In July founders park offers a great 4th of July festival that includes a marathon, parade, park festival filled with many wonderful activities for families and a fireworks show that never disappoints. Maintenance issues are resolved as soon as possible by the professional staff that make sure any major problems are immediatly addressed before they escalate. I recall when our refrigerator was not working and I had to place a work order. The maintenance staff came that same day and checked the refrigerator to check the issue and immedialty replaced the refrigerator with a temporary refrigerator until the new one they ordered arrived. Finally the noise issues that come from loud tenants that do not feel the need to comply with the rules can be resolved by calling your friendly neighborhood OC Sheriff. As soon as you contact the OC Sheriff department they show up in a timely manner to address the problem, plus if the tenants here get numerous complaints over a short period of time they are asked to leave. Laurel Glen is a great family community for any kind gentle soul that knows how to follow the rules and be courteous to neighbors especially at night when the quiet hours are in effect.
