This place is horrible. I have been here for years and the manager just gets worse and worse. We are always randomly without water or power with no warning. My AC is out AGAIN for 5 days now along with my fridge. Had to throw all of my food out, been calling the office and maintenance and they do not answer nor did they ever come.

If i can give zero stars thats what i will give these apartments. Back last year when new management came we wasn’t charge for water trash or sewer for like 2 or maybe 3 months then when this year came we have been overcharged for water sewer and trash. Water bill $100 trash $100 sewer $88 and this is constantly as we speak! The trash barely picks up at times because the apartment people doesn’t pay their bill it’s always a water leak so of course they’re jacking up the water bill smh the only ...
reasons why now Laurel Grove better known as River bend is trying to fix things now is because the residences are complaining and moving out! Manager is poor they have raccoons roaches and gnats they don’t have a ground keeper that keeps the outside of the apartments clean so think twice before moving here
