March 28, 2026Hot water goes out every 3 months without fail. The office said word for word “they’re notorious for boiler issues and it’s not going to stop”. Choose somewhere else if you want to be confident you have warm water in 50 degree weather. Check Google reviewsReview from Apartments.com

June 14, 2025I just moved here from out of state and I am very impressed with most of the things here. I have a 1-bedroom and although it is not the one I wanted it is still great. I have plenty of room. There are a few things that could be improved BUT the staff are great at helping me out with those things. If you’re interested in a good place to live I strongly recommend Laurel Heights at Cityview. You just need to call to make an appointment for speaking to a leasing agent. They will give you all the ...information and even take you around the property to make an informed decision. As they say “Come On Down ”Property Manager Responded

Office and Maintenance teams are outstanding!
August 26, 2022We have lived here at Laurel Heights for the past three years and have had the best experience! The apartments are really nice and have been updated. The gym and pools are also really nice. Sandy and the office team are always available for any questions. They are always very friendly, helpful and prompt with anything you need. They're more like friends than anything. Mo and the maintenance team are also extremely helpful! The few times we had an issue, they were extremely prompt in addressing ...it, made sure we were in the loop about what was going on, and made sure everything was resolved. I love my apartment!
September 23, 2015Our apartment is 100 percent wonderful! It's roomy, there are full length mirrors so I can check my outfits, it already has all the appliances I would ever need, and I can see the pool from my apartment! The wood floor in the kitchen and the bathroom is very beautiful. The two mirrors and counters in the bathroom is so useful when my fiancé and I both have to get ready at the same time. The neighbors are all very nice and helpful. The management has been so tremendously helpful and sweet from ...the very beginning. It's very obvious that they take care of their complex along with their tenants. August 24, 2015I've lived here for a year now , & its perfect ! there are no bugs - they will spray as soon as you ask, maintenance is super good about completing a request within 2 days There isn't a lot of covered parking if you come home past 9 , my neighbors are all friendly & quiet , the pools are all beautiful & clean. the complex is kept up very nicely Front office staff are very helpful with any questions & we have a committee that helps out families in need in the past year there have been 2 reported ...break ins , 1 in a car & one in an apartment , both around major holidays so I would invest in extra security We are raising our son here and there are a lot of other families which I like, everything is close to us & the few college kids that are here are quiet nightly police patrol the complex Overall great apartment , I Would definitely recommendRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
My Remington Hill experience
July 22, 2015This is the best apartment complex in all of Fort Worth, period. it is located on a vibrant part of the city with lots of restaurants, bars, malls, retail stores, cinemas, family entertainment centers and gyms at just a stone's throw away. the proximity to IH 20 EAST/WEST and the Chisholm Trail Parkway make downtown and the rest of the city easily accessible so you never arrive late wherever you need to be. the Apt. complex itself is wonderful and well maintained. they just recently painted ...everything in and around to give it that new look. The maintenance staff is fast and courteous and can have your problems fixed at moment's notice. what really sets this complex apart from the rest is the price. for all of the things you get that are mentioned above, the price is more than reasonable.
