May 22, 2025This place is a freaking joke, where do I begin, every ceiling in my apartment has a crack, the bathroom door is dry rotted and needs to be replaced, there's a leak in my kitchen ceiling, the flies, knats and mosquitoes are crazy and that's because of the leaks they are drawn to water, there's a dent in my bedroom wall where it looks like maintenance tried to repair but all they really did was paint over the dent without using compound and the the tool to smoothe it out, Maintenance are not ...skilled at all they have know clue as to how to repair anything. There are dips in my so called updated floor in the kitchen and the livingroom. The blinds in the living room don't match and they have the nerve to want top dollar. Ive been here for 22 days and I'm ready to go. Maintenance has been there twice to do repairs and the only thing they did was compound a couple of ceilings, left their equipment in my apartment and never finished. This property don't give a crap about their tenants. OMG and the laundry facilities, something out out a horror film. The best thing about Laurel Manor is the location that's it and that's allProperty Manager Responded

July 2, 2024We've lived here for three years, and it is a great place to call home. Safe neighborhood, comfortable apartments. There is plenty of shady common outdoor space with beautiful trees and landscaping. Maintenance and property managers are responsive and helpful.Property Manager Responded
