Management goes on Lunch when they want and changes times so you can’t go in to receive mail. They NEVER answer the phone. Maintenance have no courtesy and don’t care about tenants. They take breaks and smoke cigarettes as if smoking is more important than fixing the problem in a timely fashion.Property Manager Responded

Floor and Parking nightmares

Unfair Business Practices_Bogus Trash Fee
March 16, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI received a final move out statement with a trash haul fee attached. One problem. I removed all of my trash at the end of my stay when I turned in my 2nd key. I told the maintenance attendant that the trash was there as I was leaving to go to work and that I would dispose of it when I brought my 2nd key after I got off work later that day. I also made the office manager aware that there were some items that I had outside my door that would be taken to the compactor large trash area. I told ...her I would bring the 2nd key later in the day. I requested that they review the video to see that I threw the trash away and so that the fee could be removed. I'm waiting to see if she will do so. If you stay here please be aware that you may be charged bogus fees. She threatened to send my $75 trash fee to collections and refused to remove it and demanded that I leave because I was speaking poorly of her staff that she trusts. This was customer care at it's worst and I will share this experience with Rangewater Reality so that no one else experiences a similar situation.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
