Great Place to stay!

MAINTENANCE TEAM IS FANTASTIC
November 18, 2025We have lived at Laurel Valley Apartments since May. We have had a couple of times we have had to call maintenance and they have been polite, knowledgeable and on the spot. They are wonderful!! The apartments themselves are quiet, we don't hear a lot of noise from neighbors and everyone is very friendly!!Property Manager Responded

I Love Living Here!
October 28, 2025I love it here! Over the past few years, I have lived in four different apartments, and this one is by far the best. After six months of living here, I have loads of great things to say and very minimal complaints. The staff is so friendly and helpful, it is quiet, there is covered parking, the security deposit wasn't atrocious, I have only had good experiences with maintenance and leasing staff, the community events are thoughtful, the apartments themselves are nice for the cost, and it is ...pet-friendly. I have only ever had complaints about the gate, in which the complex is up front about repairs after being knocked down so many times by residents/visitors, and the trash valet where our door has been missed; however, these are very minor inconveniences to me and do not take away from the rest of my living experience here so far, and I look forward to renewing my lease with Laurel Valley! - Haley HebelProperty Manager Responded

Love Laurel Valley!
October 28, 2025My partner and I have been living here for about 6 months and have nearly no complaints! The complex and apartments are quiet and cozy, the management is incredibly friendly, and it also happened to be the most affordable option on our list! The management has been super helpful with every step of the move-in process and beyond. After experiencing poor management staff at our last apartment, the staff here was like a breath of fresh air! They even host community events with free gifts such as ...flowers, pizza, cider, donuts, dog treats, etc. The complex is well taken care of, and we had no issues within the apartment on move-in day! The only thing I would change is maybe updating some of the appliances, such as switching to a glass top stove, since our electric stove smokes a bit even after being cleaned. All around, we've thoroughly enjoyed our experience living here and plan to stay as long as possible. Highly recommend
October 16, 2025Green, quiet, secure, lovely management and neighbors! 2 open pools, a small gym, basketball and tennis courts, a barbecue place... You have your assigned parking place, each apartment has its own entrance, you either have a balcony or a patio (both are nice), and you have in-unit laundry machine. Maintenance request is easy and they are very responsive. We are only missing a walking/biking paths inside the community, it is a very lovely place to walk around but we need to use car roads to walk ...most of the time.Property Manager Responded
