A great place to live with a fabulous staff We love the staff here! Carolyn, Jasamine, Carlos, and Hasser are friendly and always willing to help with any issues. There are fun monthly events for the residents and on a hot day at the pool don't be surprised if you are offered a popcicle! Maintenance issues are addressed and taken care of quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend living here!

Incredible place with a great team We have really enjoyed Laurel View. The staff here has been great with getting us into our place. Jasmine has communicated extremely well and made things very easy and smooth. The place is well kept and looks great.

I wish i could give zero stars The place is great and neat, but if you want you door knocked down at 10am and you have a mid shift night shift schedule this is not the place to live. After letting them know i have a night shift schedule they (manager and maintenance) proceeded to bang on my door as loud as they possibly could. And wake up out of my sleep on a work day. To fix an issue that they were half fixing for over 2 weeks. Aside from that the managers absolutely messing up my transfer to a ...
smaller unit like i wanted and asked 3 months before my renewal, they put it off and then let me know last minute that the apartment was ready and expected me to move in that same week, unforeseen on a work week, then promising the unit to someone else and absolutely screwing up my mailing again (so i have to go to the post office and fix my mailing again) and then messed up my services like wifi and electric . Which left me disconnected on my work from home day . Where i had no wifi making my software collapse hurting revenue for my business
