I would like to extend my gratitude to Bianca. I have come around several times and asked if there are 1 bedrooms available and nothing yet. I was sad at first but she then said to me not to give up that quick because there is a possibility that she may have one coming up soon. This young lady is such an amazing person. She takes time to listen and pays attention. Not like the manager from Tropicana. Ufff those ladies are terrible. They don't care to listen of why you want to rent an apt. Bianca ...
offered me coffee or water and no one else has done that for me. She really made me feel good. She did mention to me that people can be cruel everywhere you go, I guess she said that because I witnessed an angry tenant that walked in and asked why was he getting charged for late fees. He told her he wasn't going to pay and he threw the paper at her face. Well people if you pay your rent on time you would not get charge late fees!!! Common sense right? I also want to mention on my review that these units are very pretty and manager is an awesome person to talk to and to get along with. Rent here and you'll never ever regret it.

The apartment manger Blanca is the worst human I have ever come in contact with. First when something is wrong for example the dishwasher doesn’t work, it took over a month for her to put a work order to fix it. She gave us a violation for something we didn’t do. She tried to charge us for cigarettes that’s were not ours. She charged us a full months rent on our last month even though we only lived there for 24 days and when we left we left the apartment spotless, even cleaner than when we came ...
to live and she’s charging us 175 cause we left it too dirty. I do not recommend anyone living here. Worst year of my life.
