This building is infested with roaches! A friend of mine has been complaining about mold in the bathroom due to a broken fan for over 6 months!!! The laundry room has outdated equipment and the hall ways smell terrible!!! Management isn't helpful at all. Who owns this property?

I lived there for 4 years before moving out when I am done with school. Their studio side is very quiet, upstair with parking underneath (that means you don't have anyone living downstair). 1 parking inside gate and plenty of street parking. The room has AC and even has ceiling heater. Carmen the manager is super nice and very fast response. I miss living there so much! Strongly recommend!
