January 16, 2025I have been in Lazo for over a year and have loved it for a first apartment. The facilities are always kept in good condition and the management is caring and honest about any concerns or questions. The 3 pools and 2 gyms have been incredibly convenient to have on property! In regards to my experience individually, I feel as if the communication could be improved prior to move in, all paperwork could be sent in a timely fashion giving the tenant the opportunity to clearly review all necessary documents and a more thorough examination of the apartment can be conducted prior to the tenant moving in.Property Manager Responded
