I have been in Lazo for over a year and have loved it for a first apartment. The facilities are always kept in good condition and the management is caring and honest about any concerns or questions. The 3 pools and 2 gyms have been incredibly convenient to have on property! Definitely a wonderful property to stay at!

El apartamento superó las expectativas. Cómodo, amplio y las facilidades al rededor están muy cuidadas y nuevas. Sumamente tranquilo. Los estacionamientos son cómodos y hay muchos adicionales para lo que no tengan uno bajo techo… Todo nos parece perfecto e ideal.

Lazo seems to be a nice community that has nice amenities and engages with tenants. In regards to my experience individually, I feel as if the communication could be improved prior to move in, all paperwork could be sent in a timely fashion giving the tenant the opportunity to clearly review all necessary documents and a more thorough examination of the apartment can be conducted prior to the tenant moving in.

Lazo has been a great place to live! The staff (both office and maintenance) are professional and helpful. Ground rules are fair and usually upkept. The complex is almost always spotless, and the facilities are very well equipped with the necessities to have an enjoyable lifestyle.

Overall the apartments are nice, and I love the amenities. but not having a liveable & functional apartment for how much we pay is beyond me. I understand things happen but with zero communication from management it has left me with a bad taste.
