Home sweet home… for 20 years!

I have lived at Le Mirage Apartments for over 20 years. Over these years I have seen a dramatic change in the property. When I first moved here, the staff only seemed interested in having a job and the property suffered for it. Then around 10 to 15 years ago I started to see things change. Problematic tenants were removed, the property was cleaned up, new landscaping was done, a nice children’s play area was constructed, a new volley ball court, free WiFi, paving the parking lot, and many other ...

Le Mirage has been my home for awhile now. The office staff has become great. They are friendly and inviting. Maintenance is always quick to solve an issue. The manager is friendly and quick to respond to any issues you might have. Rent here. You’ll love it.

Property poorly managed!!

Not Recommended. Property Manager extremely foul mouthed and well beyond unprofessional. Maintenance team unqualified or simply not supplied with appropriate materials to do repairs correctly. Pool closed on regular basis, water very green, always blamed on residents. If you'll notice, most good reviews are very old. Talk to current residents of YOUR chosen before deciding to sign a lease. You will find, if they can afford to leave, most are simply waiting for that opportunity.

Trust me when I say you do not want to rent from this place!!! They put on a wonderful facade to get you into the apartment, then it's a completely different story once you sign the lease! Jessica the manager is AWFUL she is rude and extremely unprofessional!!! She very much abused her position!!! They take forever to get work orders done too!!! I seriously would not ever recommend anyone rent from there especially as long as managment is in Jessica's control!!!

Very Nice Apartment Complex!!!

Management is great, very responsive to requests and very knowledgeable about their apartment homes. Maintenance is quick to respond to work orders , and it is nice that they have a community text message system set up to let us know about important and updating information while also being able to communicate back with them. Apartments are very clean nice looking and affordable. The property is kept very clean I would recommend to anyone looking into a good part of town in Tucson.

Le Mirage Apartments has a wonderful group of staff members who are always willing to help in anyway possible. It is a very family friendly community that makes you feel right at home! My apartment is extremely roomy and I absolutely love my washer and dryer, but I would have to say my favorite thing would be that when I close my door you can't here anything from your neighbors, which is definitely a plus when living in an apartment

Have lived here for a number of years and am very pleased with the staff and the appearance of this complex. Ample extra parking spaces for quests! Staff members are courteous and have impeccable manners. Repairs are completed in a timely manner. Grounds are kept up on daily bases. Assistance is given when asked: such has heavy items taken from car trunk to the apartment. Near shopping areas, good school & Churches. I highly recommend living here.

I love my apartment! I love the staff at Le Mirage. They have been very attentive to my needs. The landscape and grounds are beautiful. My neighbors are very friendly; some helped me carry heavy items when I moved in. One helped me catch my little dog who slipped out.

Since I've moved in several years ago, I've seen a huge change in the complex. It used to be filled with less than desirable neighbors and guests. Since the change in management and staff, I can't say enough good things about this place. The office tends to the needs of its tenants as soon as they can. AMAZING HOME AND SERVICE

I moved to Le Mirage in 2012 after the house I was living in with family caught on fire. It was a last minute change and Jessica and her wonderful staff jumped right in, treated me like family and got me my apartment in less than 2 weeks. It was such a relief to know that their team was on my side and was willing to make sure my move went as smooth as possible. The apartment was great, just the right size for me and I could treat it as if it were mine with little to no exceptions. Since then my ...
partner, our little dachshund and I have transferred to a two-bedroom unit with an enormous patio and amazing living space. The transfer was as seamless as possible, and again, Jess and her team made everything so easy for us. We are happy and don't ever want to leave! The grounds are gorgeous. They are well manicured, bright and vibrant. We enjoy walks to the park area and enjoy using the pool and cabanas. When a problem arises we are always noticed and the problems are generally fixed within 1 to 2 days unless there is an emergency and those are usually fixed immediately. I moved here with my husband and children for the excellent public schools. The rent is very affordable with a 14 month lease and the apartments are very quiet. I feel very safe living here and the grounds are beautiful. The neighbors and management are friendly and the pool/hot tub is fun. I think it is a great place to live and feel my sons have a quality life here. Plus, Safeway, Subway and McDonalds, etc. is in my backyard!!!
