September 1, 2025As long as you don't mind the sirens of occasional ambulances and fire trucks, this complex is very cozy and as my first rental apartment, it's affordable and the staff here are on top of it! February 22, 2025I have a lot of problems here with pests including but not limited to; wasps, roaches, beetles, spiders and birds. I can say that recently they have been doing much better at helping with these problems, compared to when I would say something in the past and they would say there is nothing they can do.. Not sure what in management changed but they also hold events for the community which is nice. My apartment is a good size and I like the on-site pool. The walls and floors are paper thin so ...you will hear EVERYTHING. I am talking I hear my neighbors to the side and below when they sneeze.. or argue or walk or turn on the tv etc. I also hear everything going on outside because of how thin it is, like my friend thought my sliding door was open because that’s how clearly you can hear stuff.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 18, 2024I would like to see my appliances work, my dishwasher been broken for months, my ac barely works in summer time, the stove sparks after you turn it off, and my screen keeps falling out my window, and the toilet rusted and broken, have to use duck tape to keep it flushing. November 10, 2024Constant stomping from neighbors as if they live on the first floor, cracks in apartment that does not and will not get repaired no matter how many times you put in a ticket because for some odd reason you will get an email stating that it was fixed but maintenance never came back to fix it and this happens often, hence to why there are all types of bugs entering the apartments.Review from Apartments.com
