FINALLY moved out
September 19, 2018Ledgecrest is a good place to live if you’re looking for something affordable, HOWEVER, there are plenty of reasons NOT to live there. The neighbors are noisy and even if management says they are going solve the issue, nothing changes. The floors are extremely creaky, sometimes causing conflict between you and your downstairs neighbor. There is not enough storage space. The garbage/recycling is very far from the apartment —The lights in the back parking lot don’t work so good luck. The people at ...Harvest property are TERRIBLE at returning phone calls. Very poor customer service. They have never been helpful to me. Half the time you can’t even get through to someone. Just voicemail. Never again will I live there.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 25, 2018This place is horrible there parking lot is a mess my car was hit 3 times. There parking lot entrance is on a steep hill so when it snows it's impossible to get up it unless u own a truck they they never plow or ice the driveway so if decide to live here prepare yourself for burned out tires trying to get up the steep icy driveway, clogged bathtubs, washers that don't wash your clothes well, dryers that don't drive very well, paper thin walls, and a very gossipy property manager who tells ...everyone's business, the one good thing I can say about the place is that it's a warm building,and that I leftRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 6, 2015This place is very inexpensive and the apartment is decent, looks nothing like the outside. But, the neighbor's are loud and disrespectful. They are also ghetto and classless. If you have a good job and require rest and a piece of mind, this place isn't for you. Also, the stairs are annoying so If you forget anything be sure you really need it before heading back out to get it. Lastly, the parking and location of trash is horrible. U have to travel almost 5 mins just to empty your garbage and ...that's including up a hill.
