I just want potential renters to be aware. This complex will charge OUTRAGEOUS fees upon move out. They will go so far as to move furniture in so that they can charge a “trash” fee. Please take this as you will, but take lots of pictures during move in and move out so that this doesn’t happen to you. I would also have to mention the ongoing drug abuse issues that are ongoing on this property that the management does nothing about.

I have been living at Legacy Apt Homes for the last four years. For the most part, I'm happy, but there could be more amenities. Such as keeping the office and club house open on the weekends; adding seating around the lake, a place to grill out and community events. However, I'd like to say the community is very clean, quiet and well-kept.
