    I have called multiple times and submitted several request to view. Not once have they offered the common decency of returning a call or replying. It can be stressful to find housing and being treated with complete disregard is disturbing at best. I suppose that’s very telling for whoever manages these apartments.

    Directly across from Wright Park, a few short blocks from the water, and a block from a nice grocery store and coffee shop, Legacy Apartments truly has a great location. The building is older, but has gone through some renovations so that the age provides charm rather than any nuisances. It doesn't have your extra "perks" of luxury apartments like a pool, gym, or in-unit washer/dryer, but I would say the relatively affordable price is justified. For any cooking enthusiasts, the kitchen (at least ...
    in a one bedroom) is a little small with limited counter space and no dishwasher, so this may be a downfall. Management is great from my experience, though.
