WONDERFUL place to live!!!
August 5, 2025Legacy has everything I could have asked for in a place to live - and more! My apartment was beautiful; high ceilings, nice appliances, and lots of big windows. Whenever anything went wrong maintenance came that day. I love the gym because it has everything I need if I can’t make it to my commercial gym. The pool is awesome and so much fun. And Judy is the best property manager in the world. She is so wonderful and makes this place a great and beautiful place to live. Excellent Place To Live!
November 6, 2019Lizzy is nothing but wonderful to deal with. When I moved in she was a great help and continues to be very helpful! This is the one and only place I found in the outer Madison area that allowed me to do a flexible lease! Even though the buildings are pet friendly, you cannot hear barking and carrying on. November 4, 2019Legacy has been great for us from the very beginning. I got a new job and needed to be moved in and ready to start in a month. Coming from the east coast I needed to find something solely online and taking a chance. Lizzy was awesome to work with! She sent me pictures of the 1 bedroom unit that was available and answered all my questions! We have loved living at Legacy; it’s quiet, well constructed, maintenance is fast, and our dog is happy in her environment too! The best apartment!
November 4, 2019My husband and I moved into legacy apartments three years ago when our building first opened and we love it so much! It’s such a great apartment to live in and You can tell they truly care about the residents who live here. With having a large dog we absolutely love the front door entrance on first floor! They also have great amenities that we use often. We can’t say enough great things about Lizzy, she’s the best! Whenever we have had a problem or question I email Lizzy and get such a fast ...response. Maintenance is great and fast as well! I don’t have a single complaint. October 30, 2019"a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to your needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day. The workout rooms are great and are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the elevator and underground parking garage. .
