Great decision
August 27, 2021When we decided to build a new home and needed to find temporary housing, we decided on Legacy Concord. We have now been here for two months and are very pleased with our decision. Everyone from the office staff and maintenance team are friendly and responsive. The amenities such as the pool, gym and indoor basketball court are nice extras. Quiet apartment living

Great place to live!
November 25, 2019I have lived in numerous apartments in multiple cities around the country in the last 15 years and this is by far my favorite! Whoever designed the apartments thought of almost everything! The layout of my unit is fantastic! I occasionally work from home so having a separate office space is wonderful! I love my spacious kitchen and all of the closet space. While I don’t always take advantage of the community amenities, it’s nice knowing that they’re there if and when I need them. Communication ...from management and the office is top notch. I am alerted when I receive a package, when there are events, and if there are any issues or happenings concerning the community. I have only had to request maintenance a couple of times (for minor things like light bulbs, etc.) in the year that I’ve been living here and the response is prompt and the maintenance guys are great! I have never felt unsafe and appreciate my quiet neighbors. Another plus is the fantastic location. Super close to almost everything you could want. Love the easy access to the interstate which allows for a quick trip to Charlotte and the airport. I highly recommend Legacy Concord if you’re looking for an apartment to call home in Concord!!Property Manager Responded

Looks are deceiving
November 12, 2019The property on the outside looks maintained when the landscapers are on a schedule the amenities are not. I've lived here over a year and I wouldn't reccomend Legacy. Staff has consistently changed. 3 times since 2018. We used to have really good personable, friendly, willing to help you staff but the were either fired or quit. Management has been the only constant and well there isn't much to say good about the management style she has. She is a reactive manager not proactive. And many think ...this. There isn't very many community events. The staff is very young in their property management years and well they have a lot to learn. Some need to grow into their personalities. Becca is one I'd say is nice to speak to and willing to help and doesn't hold grudges. The company gci residential doesn't help the residents here they let management do what she wants. While they tell residents they will take care of and issue and follow up with them they don't. Like I said the amenities are not kept up. There are no hammocks the picture is old. The tv outside hasn't worked but for 3 months out of over a year. Its been getting fixed for about 9 months now. The other one by the grill you can't change stations or volume. The grills are never cleaned. We had 1 grill that worked all summer and it takes you almost catching on fire to light it. Even in a holiday we only had 1 grill that worked out of 3. I'd suggest you go somewhere else for the rent you pay and hopefully you will be respected there. The floorplans are nice.Property Manager Responded

December 5, 2017Everyone here is so Nice , We Love the Staff! Just Everyone Makes You feel like family! If Your Looking for a New Place to Live , This is the place to be ! The Amenties have Really made Life more enjoyable with the pool this Summer , the fire pit , the clubhouse to play shuffle board, or tic tac toe ,or large size scramble word game ...or even just to watch a favorite show or movie ...all this and even more ....come check it out and meet the Wonderful Staff You have Tiffany , Casey, Heather, and ...Madelyn...And then the Maitiance guy's Will and Travis ...They all are one Great Team!
