May 12, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI lived in the building for a year and is way overpriced and overrated. I was charged 300$ for repairs due to a few mounting stickers residue. Which I just paid just to get over it, the most aggravating thing is that they took over two months and me reaching out twice for them to send the bill. I lived next to the stairs and the noise was terrible. Halls were dirty, neighbor always left trash outside and it was an everyday thing. The pool tiles were always broken, the big screen at the pool was ...never used. The stairs were dirty. Not worth it!
