DO NOT MOVE HERE WORSE PLACE TO RENT
April 23, 2024WORSE PLACE TO RENT !!!! They don’t care about their residents, leasing guys and SPECIALLY the NEW MANAGER are horrible. My truck was stolen, talked to the front office to try to see if they can help me with the recorded footage since OnStar was asking me for it to try to see if there were any evidence that could help to recover the truck. Called again two days later to ask about the footage and THE NEW MANAGER said they were TOO busy to help me and were going to MAYBE get it the next day. She ...said she was too busy, was rude and ended the call on me while I was still talking. She didn’t even know about the truck being stolen even tho we talked to the guys in the office the same day it happened. Manager complained about me being frustrated on the phone and I surely was after finding she didn’t even know about it and the helped needed wasn’t there for me. Not kept clean, broken down and over charge
March 7, 2024There are some major issues with this complex. Dog poo is a major one. Many people do not pickup after their dogs and it's everywhere. It prevented my toddlers from playing in the grass. The gate is often broken.. The pool is poorly cleaned. The trash pickup was canceled all the time. The kicker is the exit fee. $115 for carpet cleaning + $250 for standard cleaning + $130 for painting walls after you leave. I asked for a walk thru 2 weeks before end of the lease to fix any problems ahead ...of time, but they refused (said the guy who did it was too busy) even after asking several times. I just got the bill for $768 and none of that was rent. If you do choose the to rent here, please know that they only use astound internet and they will keep trying to apply their rental insurance; so probably don't try to use your own. Made moving in more stressful than it had to be.
May 17, 2021I understand they’re under new management but wow they are SUPER unorganized, unhelpful, and every time we had questions, they’ll say they’ll call back... and not call back. Also, the move-in time at 4PM is inconvenient and was not disclosed until the day before..... I’m honestly scared to live there for a year now because dealing with them is a major pain in the behind.Property Manager Responded
