January 23, 2026Honestly this place has been amazing to live at. A refreshing change of pace from a few poorly chosen rental properties. Other than people who dont live here not picking up after their dogs I dont really know of much to complain about...Property Manager Responded

November 20, 2025Small apartment living is new to me. I come from a place where I had a front and back yard, a pool and a screenhouse. Neighbors who were friends and some became family. So far apartment living is so different. Everyone seems to be in their own world. They go from their apartment to their car and back. That warm, friendly atmosphere doesn’t seem to exist here. October 12, 2025Great thank you. It is situated close to my work and makes it very easy for me. Also, good to have the mail room and workout areas. Events on the property are very good and helps me when I need food. For example when the food trucks were there last week.Property Manager Responded

September 29, 2025Quiet neighborhood, but not very well maintained. In my building, power has gone out at least once a month not due to storms. Many of the amenities are broken or don't work. Dog park table was taken out 2 years ago but never replaced.Property Manager Responded
October 1, 2025Thank you for your feedback. While power outages are unfortunately outside of our control and handled directly by Duke Energy, we understand how frustrating they can be. Throughout this year, we've made several improvements to our amenities, including refreshing the pet park and adding new pool furniture. We do have plans in place for those still in progress.
