September 29, 2025Quiet neighborhood, but not very well maintained. In my building, power has gone out at least once a month not due to storms. Many of the amenities are broken or don't work. Dog park table was taken out 2 years ago but never replaced.Property Manager Responded

July 4, 2025Community is very quiet, I love the birds in the morning when they are singing. Very Lush community, clean. You can take a nice walk around the community and enjoy the weather. Dog park is easily accessible. Everyone is really nice here. Maintenance tries to get to you as soon as they can. Pool is pretty decent, clean and warm. June 20, 2025We have lived at Legacy Lake Norman for several years and have loved every moment of it. The staff is friendly and quick to address any concerns. The maintenance team is experienced and capable of handling all the maintenance request that could come up in the apartments. I've had several of varying degrees of complexity and they were all handled professionally and in one visit. Anyone looking for a quite place to live that has a full exercise/weight room and a pool should really look into Legacy ...Lake Norman. You will be glad you did.Property Manager Responded
