November 20, 2025Small apartment living is new to me. I come from a place where I had a front and back yard, a pool and a screenhouse. Neighbors who were friends and some became family. So far apartment living is so different. Everyone seems to be in their own world. They go from their apartment to their car and back. That warm, friendly atmosphere doesn’t seem to exist here. September 29, 2025Quiet neighborhood, but not very well maintained. In my building, power has gone out at least once a month not due to storms. Many of the amenities are broken or don't work. Dog park table was taken out 2 years ago but never replaced.Property Manager Responded

Throughout this year, we've made several improvements to our amenities, including refreshing the pet park and adding new pool furniture. We do have plans in place for those still in progress.
