I’ve had a great experience living here! The staff is truly amazing, always friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Management is attentive and makes you feel valued, and the maintenance team is quick and efficient. The community is clean, well-kept, and feels very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well managed home!

Relocated from North East Ohio to these apartments for a new job. Dan took the time to show me the unit via FaceTime and made the whole move in process simple and stress free. Upon move in there were some minor issues that needed attention and the maintenance team did a fantastic job resolving concerns professionally and in a timely manner. I’m grateful for how simple and worry free my move in was.

Legacy Lake Norman is a wonderful community staffed with individuals who take pride in their work and truly care about their residents. Location is great and convenient--out of the way of the major Mooresville traffic and easily accessible to 77. Unit layouts offered are attractive and spacious. Maintenance concerns always addressed very timely. Amenities recently received a facelift with the clubhouse, pool, and gym -- all top notch. In terms of apartment living in the area -- Legacy Lake ...
Norman offers the most bang for your buck. Community officer from Mooresville Police Department on site as a resident is also a perk. I have lived here over two years and have happily renewed for another.

So far, it has been very nice. My unit is very nice and up-to-date. I have nice, quiet neighbors!?? the property is very clean and well maintained. This is my first time living in an apartment in over two decades and I must say I am impressed.

Experience is mostly great.. The usual issues are still around.. Rubbish everywhere, dog poop everywhere and residents smoking weed occasionally. Still liking living here, commute to work is great and amenities are well within reach
