A lot has change.

The amount of money to pay to rent here , every time you turn around their are new rules throw at you and rent is going up. if you have children this is not the place. We all received a letter stating if your child bike, your toddler push car or etc look old, rustic, have a flat tired or any thing basically look wrong it has to be removed from the bike racks outside and to be place inside your home. As you all can see we have stairs so nobody want to carry a bike or any item made for outside up ...

and down the stairs. Also they say we can’t put it on the balcony. They stated if not removed they will throw away which a few of us parents notice our kids items sure enough have been removed. I don’t think that is cool because we all just went through a whole pandemic which some parents might not be able to replace their child bike or toy they have got rid of.

My household feels so fortunate to live at Legacy Las Palmas. The premises are consistently clean and fresh. The apartments are spacious and there is no wasted space in the design scheme. On the very rare occasions when we have needed maintenance assistance, the staff quickly and efficiently runs to solve the problem with diligence and care. The office staff is warm and friendly without fail and is always on hand to offer advice, help, or just a cup of coffee. We have enjoyed seeing how its ...

amenities such as the playground, dog park, pool, and gym can cater to families and singles alike. If you're intrigued by the beautiful pictures on this website of the amenities or the apartment, it really looks like that pretty much every day. I see no sign of photo shop or hurriedly cleaning a mess in order to make a nice presentation on the Internet.

El complejo muy bonito y super nuevo, pero a la final es hialeah no es una zona muy buena y este complejo no cuenta con una seguridad 24/7, al mes de estar viviendo aqui robaron varios carros DENTRO del complejo, luego hoy iba a salir en bicicleta y me la habían robado, estaba en la zona donde se ponen las bicicletas con un seguro, cortaron el seguro y se la robaron asi como 2 bicicletas mas, fui a la oficina y solo me dijeron que no se hacían responsables, en conclusion piensalo dos veces antes ...

de mudarte pues no cuentan con una seguridad eficiente y lo que uno busca en realidad es estar tranquilo en tu CASA.

This apartment complex is a hidden gem in the Miami area. I moved in on April 2018 to a 2 bedroom and 2 bath. The apartments are brand new with stainless steel appliances and tile floors. The Pros: neighborhood is quiet and safe. I jog around the building everyday and I’ve never experienced any crime. Also I believe the walls are built with cement because I never hear my neighbors above or beside my apartment. Maria at the office is very accommodating and goes over and beyond to help me with ...

anything. I recently moved back home to the Washington DC area and I’ll definetly miss this apartment. There aren’t many cons I can this off except the neighborhood looks a bit rundown and the trash area seriously stinks. But that’s beyond the apartment control. Overall, I loved this apartment complex and I would definetly recommend it.
