Loved living here. For the past 5 to 6 years
September 6, 2024Do not rent here. The management office is rude. Take forever to respond the garbage dumpsters are always overflowing the only time the community looks clean is when the lawn guys are here and that seems less than before. They raise the rent by 15% every year. The ceiling in one of the bathrooms always gets mold all over the ceiling. when they repaired it half the bathroom ceiling is smooth the other is looking like it's textured. I've lived in this apartment complex for years
July 6, 2016I've lived here for years and it's not what it used to be. The new property manager is rude and ignorant. She lacks basic human communication skills, tact and compassion. The rent is not terrible which is why I am giving it 2 stars. Ever since the property management changed this place has gone down hill. Bitter Sweet
August 9, 2015my apartment is spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom perfect for my kids. the rent is a bit high but convenient for me. I really like that my kids and I are able to fit perfect but the apartment Is old. kitchen and bathrooms are out-dated. if I can get a year of free rent I would request a move to a newer updated version of my apartment.Review from Apartments.com
