Great place , expressways are all 5 minutes away.
August 26, 2020I had been leaving in this property since 1971, when RiverWalk bought the property , the changes came up extraordinary. The property took an outstanding . I had read some of the comments. These years that I had been leaving here, never had had a broken window in my cars, never been robbed , yes you hear airplanes because we are 15 minutes away from Miami airport. Noises cutting the yard well that's why the property is well kept and beautiful. THE staff is the best one and the most caring and ...concerned about any problems regarding the apartments . El mejor hogar..
June 3, 2020Duramos 1 año y 3 meses viviendo en este hermoso lugar, con unos vecinos maravillosos donde te sientes realmente en familia. Las personas de la oficina son realmente increíbles Susy y Lisandra ellas son especiales te ayudan y te facilitan todo, los chicos de mantenimiento llegan siempre a tiempo para solucionar cualquier problema. El motivo de mi mudanza es que me voy para otra ciudad pero sin duda si regreso a miami volvería a vivir aquí. Mi familia y yo vamos a extrañar este lugar. Great community!
February 14, 2019We've lived at Riverwalk for the past three years and my experience has been the total opposite from the ones I've read here. The office staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The maintenance staff is top notch. They are always on top of anything that may go wrong which in my case has been nothing major. I've had to contact them to replace my window screens and give me a little paint as I wanted to do my own touch ups. A/C has worked great and I was even replaced with a new unit because they ...were upgrading them. Yes, the grass gets cut every few weeks which is great because the grounds are beautiful. It's a 14 acre community and it's kept nicely groomed and clean. I feel 100% safe. I have two dogs and walk them at all times of the day and night. I have never feel unsafe. On the other hand, my neighbors are all nice, sweet and friendly. The community even has a security driver patrol the premises at night. Not once have I heard of a car being broken into. Personally, we have loved living here because our hospital jobs are really close and the doggie park is a huge plus.Property Manager Responded

Horrible place
June 7, 2018It the worst apartments you can possibly find for that prise. It is very loud, every week or two they cut the grass right near the window and slowly they move to the side near the entrance. some kitchens still have the door, the second one, and it doesn't seem safe. Also they constantly turn off the water every other month and some days in a row since 9 am to 2 pm. Horrible place. The office is very unfriendly. Also they desired to do a termite fumigation and do you think they care where are we ...going to live? Do not have kinwy for the hotel? Sleep on the street.... They are very disrespectful and owful. I was robbed at the community park
November 8, 2017Very dangerous area. I was robbed at the community playground at 6:00pm. Is wasn't dark and there were people there, even kids, when I was seating on the bench waiting for my ride when a young black male grabbed my phone case from my hands. February 14, 2016I lived there for 1 year, and they broke into my car 4 times, it was a nightmare. Within the apt my air conditioner kept leaking and ruining my personal belongings, and they would not change it. There are airplanes going over your head day and most of the night,I was on the 3rd floor and my bedroom window would rattle. My whole year there was a nightmare!Review from Apartments.com
