September 8, 2025Legacy needs to justify the high rent for the maintenance check inside the house. With spiders, entrance dirt marked floors, wash basin drain issues, garage cleanliness(spider nets all over), wash basin cleanliness, wall paints, carpet paint marks, frequent dog barking during sleep hours very bad experience. Ofcourse we need to i form maitenance team to fix this and that. Maintenance team is good but could have been fixed before we moved. Amenities, front desk reception are good and well ...maintained. It took a few days for my pup to adjust of course, but she absolutely loves it here as well, especially with the grassy areas to sniff around and ample walking space.
