What you see is not always what you get.

First let me say that the description of Legacy Trails in not exactly correct. There is no extra storage space. and the sprinkler system has never worked. Also low income is not discounted like you would think, If you lease an apt. be sure to read the fine print. Rent increases are frequent once and twice this year, They have just about over priced the place to where the +55s on Social Security have to move. What was affordable in 2021 has increased $170.00 in the past 3 years. They are brand ...
new and have included washer and dryer. all new everything in 2021. Management is good. They really do care but the rent increases are just insane.

I just got off the phone with Gina there at the office. I called asking about renting an apartment for the middle of June. (Today is June 1st). Basically she tells me to call back when I am ready to move!!!!!!!!! What? I am ready to move, you have to know where you are going to before you actually get there. You have to call to turn the power on. That takes a few days notice. I am not sure what happened here but it wasn't good. I guess I am not welcome.
