I've been living in this apartment complex for several years now, and while there are some positive aspects, the pet policy and upkeep of common areas leave much to be desired. As a dog owner, I paid the required $300 pet fee upfront and continue to pay $25 every month. Despite these fees, the outdoor areas are constantly littered with animal waste, making walks with my dog frustrating and unpleasant.
The staff claims they collect samples to fine owners who don’t pick up after their pets, but ...
I’ve never seen this actually enforced. It feels like they’re just collecting fees without addressing the real issue. If you're a pet owner thinking about moving here, be prepared to deal with a lack of cleanliness and little accountability when it comes to keeping the grounds clean.
