I feel robbed and humiliated
September 25, 2025I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this apartment complex. I applied for an apartment that was supposed to be ready by a specific date, but it was not available when I needed to move in. I paid a $375 application fee, which is not cheap, and when I asked for a refund, I was treated with complete disrespect. The assistant manager hung up on me, spoke to me rudely, and even told me she didn’t have to listen to me. She also promised to call me back several times but never ...followed through. When I finally spoke to the manager, at first he seemed understanding and asked me to send an email explaining the situation. I did exactly that, but he never responded to any of my emails or phone calls afterwards. I even went back to the office, and he left me sitting in front of his glass office without acknowledging me until I eventually left. Since then, I have not received any valid response. Because of their broken promises and unprofessional behavior, I had to pay for a storage unit and a hotel while scrambling to find another apartment. This was not only financially draining but also extremely stressful. For a place that claims to be a “luxury” apartment complex, the treatment I received was anything but professional. Nice new place, now gone downhill
May 18, 2025Since we’re on our fifth management team since opening, it’s safe to say the chaos is understandable. Garbage everywhere, pet droppings everywhere, noise complains unaddressed, maintenance issues ignored, and management who literally tells you “nothing we can do about it” and “it is what it is”. Renter beware. Keishawn and the tour will sell you on it, but that’s where the pleasantries end.Property Manager Responded

Don't live here
August 25, 2023We've lived here since this place first opened back in 2021 and it was great the first year, but as soon as the new management kicked in it's just gone down hill. The main security gate breaks all the time (Currently is fully broken and has been for over a week) so the "security" you're offered doesn't exist. Over hangs are missing, there is no more landscaping done (grass is long and uncut, almost 1') the maintenance team is rude and useless. They come to your apartment in announced. Until these ...area fixed, it's not worth paying an arm and a leg to live here.Property Manager Responded

WIFI - EV CHARGING - ROAD NOISE - DOOR LOCKS
January 23, 2022Issues: WIFI/Network: If you rely on a home network with smart devices that are required to be on the "Same" network (IE Home Pods, Apple TVs, Hue Lights, Wireless printers, Security cameras,) this is not the place for you. This community has deployed "Community-Wide WIFI". I have all of those devices above and I am unable to use them constantly. They all can connect to the "internet". However, If one should connect to a different access point, due to the signal strength being stronger, That ...device is no longer on the "same Network" as the rest and therefore they can no longer communicate together. This is because according to Spectrum (who runs the internet) the owners of this community opted to not have a Personal Area Network. Unfortunately, this is the ONLY internet you are able have here. In addition, they only permit you ONE wired network connection. So if you have a Hue light HUB, Work computer, Gaming console, or a network storage device. You can only connect one device. If you use a network switch, Spectrum will black list your devices from the network. Again this is per the contract the owners of this community went into with Spectrum according to Spectrum. The internet speed is also not at all consistency and is more slow than fast. EV Charging: This community, even though it is a luxury community, does not offer any EV charging stations to its residence. If you have or plan to purchase a plug-in hybrid of full EV, you will not be able to charge it unless you rent a garage and charge at level one (120V) charging speeds (SLOW!) According to the leasing office, this has been mentioned to the owners as a requested amenity. The response was; they do not have the ability to support the chargers due to power requirement and they have zero plans to add them. Door Locks/Security: When you move in, you are not provided with any physical keys besides for a mailbox and if you rent a garage. If your phone/Apple watch is dead, you are unable to access your home. Unless you remember a randomly generated 8 digit code for the community doors and then one for your unit door. We have already had an incident where a construction worker has wiped out EVERYONES access including the 8 digit codes from the community. No one was able to access the buildings to get to their units. Road noise: If you live in any of the units, all the way up to the 4th floor, you will hear plenty of road noise along Universal Blvd.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
