I love Vista Palms! From the moment I stepped foot onto the grounds, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the team in the office. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant living experience in every interaction is like they truly care. We lived here for 2 years now, and can truly say it has been an amazing experience. The apartments are beautiful and the facilities are great as well. Whenever I need assistance or have a question in general, Santee always goes above and beyond! If I have any issues I know I can go to Santee and he takes care of the problem right away.

I just moved out 1 month ago due to my job relocating but I lived here for 1 year. My experience was great. It’s quiet and my neighbors were friendly. Santee is extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative. Maintenance and pest control are always friendly and resolve your issues quickly. Had i not had to leave, I would have renewed my lease. Thank you! :)

Went to the the property to speak to someone they wouldn’t even come to the door to speak to me about a unit. The maintenance man had an attitude in close the door in my face . In I can see someone sitting right there in hear me knocking. They are rude in nasty in the office.

This property was listed about 3-4 days ago and it’s already under contract. Since the day it got listed I have been calling the leasing office at their several numbers and never got an answer. I was finally to reach them after over 20 attempts over the phone and they said that you need to apply in person. They should have specified that when the property was listed because how is one suppose to know that if they don’t answer their phones. Also, if the property is no longer available then they ...
should remove it from all these rental websites so no one else gets false hope like I did. I was so interested in renting here because it looks nice, it is well-maintained, and has a good location but unfortunately it’s taken.

I applied with Legacy almost a month now. They told me I was approved to move in as soon as the same day..the next day they provided me with all documents including apartment number and information to call fpl and have lights set up .. however, I got a insensitive call today that the property is no longer available and I would need to wait 12/10. I let her know had I know that move in would be 12/10 I would’ve never applied.. they provided false hope and refusing to give application fee back.. I ...
did let her know how much of an inconvenience this was for me.. however, her only end result was to move in 12/10 even though they told me 9/17.. they will take application fee knowing there’s no real apartment available to rent.. these people have no remorse for future residents

In todays housing market it is very difficult to accommodate a resident earlier than 3-6 months in advance. The apartment you applied for, and were screened for was scheduled to be available at the time of the application process. However the resident who provided notice to vacate, advised they would no longer be leaving. We understand this is a difficult situation for everyone as a lot of planning is involved in a future move in, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience. In a situation like this where the apartment is no longer secure for a new move in we prefer to be upfront with you as soon as we are made aware so that you may make necessary adjustments. As stated in the application, the application fee is nonrefundable. However; the property did refund your full holding fee. We want to make things right. So, ...

Been living at Vista Palms for several years now and couldn't be happier. The management and staff are exceptional. Property is kept clean, well maintained, beautifully manicured, and frequently updated. Maintenance responds within minutes to address any issues in our apartment. Office staff is always welcoming and helpful. As a nurse, I was most impressed by the staff's compliance with COVID measures from day 1. Manager Jennifer is to be commended for overseeing such a fine operation.
