New Management
February 26, 2023The property has gotten better than when I first moved in. I have been here a little over a year and new management have improved property and security. There are cameras throughout the property as well as Harris County Deputies that live on site. I would think twice before coming to this property to commit a crime. Also I have never seen pest and maintenance request are acted on quickly. The new property manager Diana is active as well as Kaylee. They have a nice demeanor and are very swift to ...handle tenant concerns. The Rental staff Joshua and Denise are amazing and very knowledgeable when it comes to questions that other properties have to get a manager involved. Way to Go Legacy Cypress. This place is becoming a home for crime
March 29, 2022Everytime I stick my head out of the door something is going on and u have to contact the police. People are getting robbed, people are doing drugs in plane sight, people are always getting into fights in front of every body. I call police and notify management but to no avail. This place got flooded with people before the sale to a new management company. Whether they care or not is beyond me. It's becoming a cess pool unfortunately and this place has a lot of potential. Not safe for your kids, ...not peaceful, I'm sick and tired of hearing gun shots every night. I'm a night owl and can watch from my own apt the late night foot traffic that goes on through out the night. The push of the new occupancy seems to be one sided with only one ethnicity that easily fills Apt complexes before a sale. A lot of the new tenants are nice and friendly, but alot of bad apples were included as well. It appears that the leasing agents whom are responsible for acquiring new tenants for this place only care about their pocketbook and not for the welfare for the rest of the tenants. Thefts
December 4, 2021Car thefts, car part thefts (by multiples), package thefts, and break ins are treated like it's just another Tuesday. The gates are broken half of the time, and other amenities are disgusting. Especially the very unmaintained pool. The office is pretty, the apartments themselves resemble your average cover up job, but in some cases you would have to be blind and dumb not to notice the broken appliances or the abnormal wear on the units themselves.Property Manager Responded

Break ins
December 4, 2021They continue to not have security present knowing that they have been multiple break ins into cars and mailboxes. Residents have to park cars away from there building due to construction that's been going on for months with no end in site.Property Manager Responded

ROACHES!
April 12, 2018This complex is old and infested with roaches! I have lived here a year and knew this place always had roaches but with good cleaning they didn’t show up as much. Since the new construction in the apartments in January 2018 the roaches are out of hiding and getting into everything. I keep telling maintenance but they have not sent anyone out for pest control. New management seems promising they have been quick to fix other problems but unfortunately the old management left this complex a mess. ...Break ins all the time, at least three shoot outs In The last year, and too many drug dealers living here.
