Great location and really nice apartments
December 4, 2019Don't pay attention to the bad reviews, they were years ago. I currently (Dec 2019) live here with my husband and 2 year old son. We've lived here for 7 months. We love it! The location is great. Love the proximity to Shakespeare Park and everything else. The neighborhood is quiet and we never hear our neighbors. The apartments are renovated, have new flooring, appliances, and are maintained well. They are newer apartments and well insulated. Our power bill was almost cut in half compared to our ...old crappy apartment. The office staff are so friendly and quick to handle requests. We've been treated so well by everyone. Extra Expenses
July 7, 2016DO NOT RENT HERE unless you are ok with paying a $175 cleaning fee even if you clean the apartment. I was not notified when I moved in that upon leaving I would be charged to clean the apartment in which forfeited my security deposit! I never had any problems with them until I moved out and I received a statement for bogus charges. In my agreement it stated that they could charge me if the apartment was spoiled beyond normal wear in which it wasn't. The apartment manager stated that they charge ...everybody that amount and the Regional manager will not help you! Be careful where you lease and make sure you get all the information you can. Be wise before you sign
July 7, 2016DO NOT RENT HERE unless you are ok with paying $175 for cleaning the apartment. I had no issues with this complex until I left. They charged me to clean the apartment even after I cleaned it causing me not to receive my security deposit.The property manager said that's what they charge everybody and the regional manager is no help! The lease agreement states that they can hire a third party if the apartment is soiled beyond normal wear and the apartment wasn't.... They are refusing to give me ...back my security deposit! They are using cleaning as a way to not pay you your security deposit and place the cost of using a third party on you and not them! Also, water and trash is not free! It is included in your rent.
