August 29, 2024This apartment complex seems to be going downhill. I used to love it but it just doesn’t seem to be organized or professional anymore. The pool has been closed for most of the summer, multiple times the office has forgotten to call me back or even communicate with other office employees about what I was calling for and they seem to never remember anything. They failed to let us know that the car wash has been open even though there are cones. I spent all year wondering why it wasn’t open. Sent an ...email saying “as a reminder” about the car wash when they never sent anything before that letting us know, we are just magically supposed to know it has been open. Paying for amenities that we don’t even have. Just not as nice as it used to be.Property Manager Responded
