Great place to live with lots of amenities! Convenient to South Point mall and lots of options for grocery stores within a short drive. Also located near locally owned orchard.

This apartment complex seems to be going downhill. I used to love it but it just doesn’t seem to be organized or professional anymore. The pool has been closed for most of the summer, multiple times the office has forgotten to call me back or even communicate with other office employees about what I was calling for and they seem to never remember anything. They failed to let us know that the car wash has been open even though there are cones. I spent all year wondering why it wasn’t open. Sent an ...
email saying “as a reminder” about the car wash when they never sent anything before that letting us know, we are just magically supposed to know it has been open. Paying for amenities that we don’t even have. Just not as nice as it used to be.

I like living in the community, it is clean, quiet and I feel safe. It is a great deal for the space- the appliances are standard and so are the amenities. The community can be responsive to needs but sometimes you have to call more than once or stop by.
