Poor Leasing Office Experience

I drove to Legacy at Twin Rivers yesterday afternoon to obtain leasing information. I parked in front of the Leasing Office, and I noticed that an "employee" on her cell phone was standing outside and staring at me. I walked through the doors towards the Leasing Office to find that the second set of doors was locked. I took a flyer from the box and then returned to my car. The "employee" was still on her phone and did not return to the office until I returned to my car and was preparing to ...

leave. Needless to say, my first impression of Legacy at Twin Rivers is not a good one.
