Do not rent for here do not recommend for anyone
August 8, 2025I'm currently staying here. They do not do maintenance as they should. You can put in an order and the next day they went in and put it as complete. AC been broke all summer. Bug problem. Office people rarely answers the phone. They open and close the office whenever they feel like it.Property Manager Responded

Things are looking up
August 2, 2023I’ve lived here off and on since 2018. In these last few months after having to fight with previous office staff, regional, and getting the city involved, things have been so much better with new staff, management and maintenance. This is the first time since living here where I don’t have to wait 1-3 months to get maintenance requests completed. Even calling the office is not like before where they were screening people’s calls. Office staff are so polite and easy to work with. And that’s all I ...really care about. Horrible horrible horrible
February 13, 2023I currently live here. And these apartments are the pits. Management has changed 3times and the office staff is horrible and rude. Make you feel like you bothering them but if things were right to begin with. Our rent has gone up so much. That part’s understandable but what’s not is watching people move in and get brand new appliances, cabinets, ceilings and more and pay the same price as you. You can never get anything fixed. It takes months to get repairs. Mold and mildew is horrible. Neighbors ...loud noises at all hours of the night. It’s just so….horrible. Terrible
July 21, 2021I applied over a month ago and didn’t hear back until 3 weeks later I was approved and told them I had to move in August. The staff was rude always said we will tell you your move in date and we are almost in August and still never called me back or got back to me.I’m glad I’m moving elsewhere.Waisted my time and money.Review from Apartments.com
Good place to live in this location
April 22, 2021Good location to highway, restaurants and stores. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. This may not be the best area of GBoro, but the apartments are freshly painted, new carpets installed and the maintenance team has always tried their best to fix any issues I had in the 2 years I had been here. I lived 3rd floor & 1st floor (downsized from 2 to 1 bed) and I enjoyed the top floor for noise control and the bottom for ease of access. Very poor

They will be fast to take your money with no professional communication as to what is going on during the Leasing process, I was told that there was no wait 9n the unit that I was interested in and that the renovations would be complete by the end of the month, it has now been a month and still no word when we can move in!Review from Apartments.com
Poor management
October 2, 2020Yes they will answer the phone . They will also tell you a lie just to get you off the off the phone. Management is not on there game does not reach out you have to call and stay on top of them and always request a Manager they are not communicating amongst one another . Horrible apartment
October 21, 2019This apartment is filled with issues. They have horrible management. They do not fix things immediately or they wait to fix it after you move out.There’s a roach problem and a flea problem. They have issues with car parts being stolen and they are aware it’s happening since it happened to them. Their windows at the bedroom does not lock so someone can slide their hand across to open. There’s constant gunshots and police at the apartment complex. The apartment they give is unclean and is apparent ...that they do not inspect the apartment. Maintenance Team is non existent
July 3, 2019I’ve lived here for about 8 months and my apartment had problems like broken ceiling fans, etc. but maintenance never came to fix anything. I called at least once every month and I have yet to see any maintenance person. The property manager is also rude and lies but the other people in the office are friendly. I’d say if you can fix things yourself or know a maintenance person then move here, but if not you’ll have to suffer. DO NOT MOVE
February 24, 2018This place is horrible just doing research I can see why the keep changing their names because of multiple negative reviews. My mother in law resides here and this place is terrifying people selling drugs and gambling right outside the complexes. The steeet lights working the complex are not bright enough. Anything can happen. Not to mention she experienced a water leak coming from the upstairs neighbor and nothing was done about it besides them trying it with fans which increased her electric ...bill. This place doesn’t include anything which is kind of ridiculous considering the rental rate and the type of neighborhood it’s in ! DO NOT MOVE
February 5, 2018This place a rip off. They never fix anything over charge you for living. I have tried to talk to the lady and she has a nasty attitude the place dirty they have bed bugs. Their maintenance guys go into your home while you not there to see what you have. Rent past due is the 5th but you will have court order papers on you by the 10th. The do not have most of the stuff they say. The pool does not get clean properly.
