August 18, 2025Mold infestation, going to put it on the news to warn others due to multiple chances of trying todo the right thing and just agree to mutually agree to release me of my lease instead I was told mold and mildew poses no threat and AC closet is full of it New AC was even installed on a rotten piece of wood. February 3, 2025I have lived in my apartment here for about four and a half years. Maintenance has always been prompt, professional and pleasant. Louis has the best energy and attitude and is so upbeat! I feel safe here. And I love the space I have in my one bedroom and the lofty ceiling with all the windows on the third floor is one of my favorite things. So much light!
