I am from Alabama and was told multiple times I wouldn't find affordability in Destin, but, I did. Also, staff was really nice and professional. I love the lake I can sit at the pool deck to view and read or go by the basketball court to sit by the lake as well. I love the space of the apartment and the 9ft ceilings. It was also a nice surprise to find a washer and dryer already in the apartment (although knowing that upfront ...would have been helpful). It took me 3 months of touring various apartments and I chose Legacy because of the screened in patios, the 2 lakes, dog park and most importantly, the 20 minute walk to 2 different beaches.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
