Terrible
March 7, 2019Out of every place I have lived in my life I can say this was by far the worst. The maintenance is terrible. I had to call multiple times about the same issues. Maintenance said it was fixed and they had done absolutely nothing. All I’ve ever seen them do is sit in their golfcarts chatting near the office. The office staff changes so often. I can say in the 4 months I’ve been here they’ve replaced every staff member they have. Oh and the “24 hour maintenance” is a complete joke. They say “just ...wait for the office to open tomorrow so we can handle the issue.Property Manager Responded

Great place, great location
July 25, 2017This was honestly my last stop when looking for a new apartment. I had two lined up prior to decide from, but after coming here I started the paperwork within the next day. Neighborhood is nice and calm, plenty of stores to choose from around the area and also right near the hospital. Whenever I had an issue and placed a service request they were always quick to respond, one time within the same day. Spectrum is the only cable offered in the area unless you choose satellite, wish that wasn't the ...case. But overall great place and compared to other more expensive apartments offering greater amenities I would still choose here.Property Manager Responded
