Great Place in lawton
August 28, 2023Legend Park offers a wide range of facilities including two gyms, two pools, a hot tub, and grills. Additionally, it is conveniently located near at least four convenience stores, one grocery store, and a few fast food restaurants. As Lawton is a smaller town, everything is within close proximity. The Manager, Jessica, is readily available for any queries, and Michaela at the front desk is always friendly and welcoming.Property Manager Responded

August 3, 2023Living here is alright. The apartments are nice, but seem a bit dated. Maintenance requests are a little slow due to personnel issues, and the staff doesn't communicate this unless you seek answers. I'd live here again if I had the choice though. Overall the amenities are nice, nice gym and pool.Property Manager Responded

July 30, 2023My move in process was pretty smooth and the employees in the office were very nice. The residents here are respectful and never too loud, and having a gate for the complex is really great.Property Manager Responded

July 17, 2023Great staff! Only thing is that it appears that Maintenace is understaffed. I hate bent blinds and it is an issue for me as it looks tacky. Otherwise, I truly enjoy my experience as a resident.Property Manager Responded

June 15, 2023I feel like Legend pro is relatively in a safe part of town . The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I feel comfortable leaving my car unattended, meaning I don’t think there would be a high chance of someone stealing my car due to the area being fenced in.Property Manager Responded

May 25, 2023Area is in a nice location. Very well kept apartments. Depending on where you apt is, parking can get a bit of a distance. It does get hot so visiting the pool is a must. Overall 10/10.Property Manager Responded
