Additionally, it is conveniently located near at least four convenience stores, one grocery store, and a few fast food restaurants. As Lawton is a smaller town, everything is within close proximity. The Manager, Jessica, is readily available for any queries, and Michaela at the front desk is always friendly and welcoming.Property Manager Responded

Maintenance requests are a little slow due to personnel issues, and the staff doesn't communicate this unless you seek answers. I'd live here again if I had the choice though. May 25, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comArea is in a nice location. Very well kept apartments. Depending on where you apt is, parking can get a bit of a distance. It does get hot so visiting the pool is a must. Overall 10/10.Property Manager Responded
