July 11, 2016I feel like I'm on a permanent vacation. I absolutely love my three bedroom, three bath condo! It's very roomy and great for entertaining. The master bedroom and living area (& balcony) has a stunning view of the pool and marina in Clear Lake. We've met a lot of nice people here & enjoy hanging out at the pool.Review from Apartments.com

July 20, 2015I love my 3 bd / 3 ba condo at Legend Point Condo Marina in Clear lake shores, TX. The apartments are large with specious master bed room and bathroom. The master bed room has a fireplace and a sitting area; the kitchen is small but who wants to cook anyway when you are living by the water. The apartment/ condo's are situated where you can walk to bars and restaurants in under 5 min. The management office personal are very friendly and the maintenance staff will come out and fix anything you ask ...within 24hrs. If you like a quite, small community, and friendly residence this is a place for you. So come in and put in a application or rent a boat slip we love to meet new and exciting residence.
