Legends at Armour Avenue checked every box I didn't even know I had. The staff is genuinely helpful, the apartments are modern and well-kept, and the location makes getting around Columbus a breeze. It's quiet, the neighbors are great, and it actually feels like a community. Honestly one of the best decisions I've made — highly recommend taking a tour.

I lived at The Reserve for about a year, and honestly, it’s been one of the best living experiences I’ve had. Everything felt well-maintained, organized, and genuinely welcoming.
One of my favorite parts was the saltwater resort-style pool — it really does feel like you’re on vacation. I also used the gym regularly, it is nice to have one close whenever you need it.
I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place that feels a little more elevated than your typical apartment ...

I’ve been living here for about six months and it's been awesome. The apartments feel brand new, and having the washer and dryer already in the unit is a huge plus. It's a really quiet neighborhood but still super close to CSU and everything on Manchester Expy. Management is also really responsive whenever I've had a question. Definitely a great place to rent around here.

First let me start by saying, I have lived here three years and through three owners. GO FIGURE. I was unable to move die to finances and lease obligations. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! To expensive and NO amenities. They ignore the tenants' complaints but want the rent. The only apartments that operates on septic. RED FLAG. I would not recommend.

I visited my family a few weeks ago and the new owners got ALL of the tenants breakfast from Chick-Fil-A. I’ve lived in apartment complexes for many years and I’ve never experienced anything like it! Now I’m on their waiting list!
