The staff is genuinely helpful, the apartments are modern and well-kept, and the location makes getting around Columbus a breeze. It's quiet, the neighbors are great, and it actually feels like a community. Honestly one of the best decisions I've made — highly recommend taking a tour.

Everything felt well-maintained, organized, and genuinely welcoming. One of my favorite parts was the saltwater resort-style pool — it really does feel like you’re on vacation. I also used the gym regularly, it is nice to have one close whenever you need it. The apartments feel brand new, and having the washer and dryer already in the unit is a huge plus. It's a really quiet neighborhood but still super close to CSU and everything on Manchester Expy. Management is also really responsive whenever I've had a question. Definitely a great place to rent around here.
Not a place that is safe

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! To expensive and NO amenities. They ignore the tenants' complaints but want the rent. The only apartments that operates on septic. RED FLAG.
