Feels Like a Resort
March 20, 2026I lived at The Reserve for about a year, and honestly, it’s been one of the best living experiences I’ve had. Everything felt well-maintained, organized, and genuinely welcoming. One of my favorite parts was the saltwater resort-style pool — it really does feel like you’re on vacation. I also used the gym regularly, it is nice to have one close whenever you need it. March 20, 2026I’ve been living here for about six months and it's been awesome. The apartments feel brand new, and having the washer and dryer already in the unit is a huge plus. It's a really quiet neighborhood but still super close to CSU and everything on Manchester Expy. Management is also really responsive whenever I've had a question. Not a place that is safe
June 7, 2025First let me start by saying, I have lived here three years and through three owners. GO FIGURE. I was unable to move die to finances and lease obligations. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! To expensive and NO amenities. They ignore the tenants' complaints but want the rent. The only apartments that operates on septic. RED FLAG. I would not recommend.Property Manager Responded
