Awesome experience and stay when we needed it. We moved here because we were waiting for our house to be built. We went with a 14 month lease and break option as it saved almost $2000 and since the house was delayed, we were not stuck trying to find a new place to live. Nathan and Johanna in the front office are amazing; well, all of the staff has been amazing. a 3 bedroom with an attached garage - it was perfect. The very few times we had an issue, maintenance was there within a day and got it fixed immediately. I've hard the stories about bad apartment management, and this is not, I repeat, not one of them. The move out process was just as easy - sent an email 60 days in advance, paid for the express cleaning service so I did not have to, and was out in plenty of time. Bets of all, there was no surprises on move out. Got the final water bill a few days later and all is good. 100% recommended as a place to rent/lease from.
