Very "exclusive" application process

After repeated attempts to contact staff, I finally received a reply and was told, essentially, not to waste my time in hoping to get a unit in the building. Not in those exact words but the gist of it was that I had no chance. I was told that there is no application as such. That they would fill the units with people they considered fit the profile. I got this very uncomfortable feeling about the whole thing. How do they know I would not make a better tenant than those on their list? Nothing is ...
worth dealing with staff who are that "exclusive" about their tenants. So my 1 star is not based on the property but on my communication with management.
