MICE. TONS.
February 2, 2024Within a year, we’ve had about 30 mice. I’m not even exaggerating. We complained to the manager about it, she sent an exterminator, and all he did was put a sticky trap under the stove which caught NOTHING. We’ve spent so much money on ways to trap them or keep them away. This place was pretty rodent-free and clean before Covid happened. Now, there’s mice (no matter the season) and garbage all over the lawn.Property Manager Responded

Mice Infested Apartments
May 10, 2020I have stayed in an Apt. Found mouse in November. Reported to leasing office. They said exterminator will be in once a week. After a week I followed back and they said he didnt find any. I have found 2 more consecutively later that month and in January and February. I had to purchase all mouse traps. Management did not do anything other than a repetitive sentence- "exterminator will be in next week". I had to stay home on the day of that service to make sure I can talk to exterminator. I found a ...large hole on to the wall behind stove/oven. He mentioned that he reported that problem to management. I followed up again with management, the lady was very reluctant to address the issue. She stated management will not do anything about that hole. I keep finding mouse in the kitchen and it was very pathetic conditions to live in. I requested to break lease. I had to pay lease break fee. It was hard, unhygienic, uncomfortable, pathetic conditions to stay in the apt knowing there are mice. Management sounds nice but are they will not address issues.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Place!
October 8, 2015Great location! Walking distance to the mall, restaurants, the grocery store, a park and more. The bus stop is also right around the corner. Apartments are very spacious and have a great lay out. Closets in every room, a hall way closet and linen closets. Has a nice and up-kept courtyard. Parking on premises and on the street. Office staff is also great!. Very friendly, understanding and quick respondents when there is an issue. One of the only issues is that there aren't any amenities (no ...pool, exercise room, playground, etc). Other wise a very good place to live!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
fix hot water!
August 12, 2015Lehigh valley apartments are very comfortable and spacious, I only wish I could use the shwer for more than two minutes. The shower head only gives hot water for a few minutes and i'm stuck collecting a bucket of water to shower.. This problem was never fixed. Other than that I like everything else about the apartment, especially that I rarely ever hear my neihbors. Location wise, it is great because I literraly only live five minutes away from the lehigh valley mall.Review from Apartments.com
