Great Place To Live, Great Area & Great Management!
September 16, 2016I have lived here for several years now and I abosolutely love it. PROS: Parking is always available (although, some guest do not follow the parking rules). Walking distance from the Redstone Plaza and right off 95. Management is great. They are nice, friendly and professional. They are very attentive when receiving a complaint or issue. They will fix things ASAP! It's very quiet and my neighbors are very friendly and everyone minds their own business (at least in building 100). I'm in ...love with the area. They shovel you out when their is a snow storm (one of the best features ever). The maintenance and cleaning staff is very friendly. Always a good morning and/or hello. If something seems out of whack with the complex, or the tenants or anything else, the management will address it right away. They really take pride on the reputation of Leisure Lane and do everything they can to protect it. There is a fitness room, game room and community room. You can get books and leave books in the television room. I always feel safe coming and going. I love that there are no pets and no smoking in the building at all (including on the terraces). CONS: The laundry room is my only con. Although, we have six washers and dryer and they seem to always work, on occasion something gets on my clothes that won't come out. I also wish they had at least one or two large washers for blankets and comforters so I didn't have to go to a laundromat. And this is not on Leisure Lane but the tenants are there to take their clothes out on time.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
