Best move ever
May 3, 2024I have moved and lived all over the country, and I have never had such an easy time getting set up in my new home. Management is top notch and truly care about the tenets in the building. One of the most prompt and friendly managers I've ever had the pleasure of working with! There is so much to do within walking distance of the lobby it feels like you're living in a big city with the convivence of a small one. This is my home!
November 14, 2019Eight years ago I moved here after living 20 years in NC. I thought that I would never feel happily at home again with lifetime friends. Not only did I find a home, I found a community. Recently I suffered an accident that rendered me incapacitated on my right side. I am home in a wheelchair for now. While I was recuperating in a skilled nursing facility, my neighbors stepped in to care for my dogs and keep clean my apartment. Maintenance cleaned my carpets and prepared my apartment to ...accommodate my wheelchair. Some members of the maintenance staff went so far as to switching my office office and bedroom, on their own time after a long day at work. Corporate and management graciously worked with me, even helping me with a plan moving forward, as I completely recover. Never once did I ask for help, it was freely given. I can never thank them for everything everyone has done for me. These are my lifetime friends and this is my community. Historic yet up and coming building
August 18, 2015This 20 story building was constructed in the 1920's and is becoming completely modernized without throwing away the historic influence. Situated on an island between two branches of the Fox River it is the main landmark in one of the only locations in the Chicagoland region where you can get an urban feel in a suburb. The bars and restaurants in the area are all great and very diverse. There's a park with live music in the summer, a casino, and a live theater all right next door. The building ...is walking distance from the Metra and Pace station and always has plenty of Ubers in the area, plus there is an enclosed parking garage. Currently apartments are still being renovated so there is always some construction in the building, but that's only temporary. The building is completely pet-friendly and rent is comparable to similar buildings in the area. The management and maintenance team are simply the best. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking to relocate in the West Chicagoland region.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
