August 13, 2022The cheap price guarantees that they will do absolutely no maintenance without some serious motivation. No online portal for requesting it so unless you print a list it is conveniently undocumented. Management is nice to your face, and surely are good people but as soon as you leave the office it's like your requests are thrown in the trash. By FAR delview is the worst company to rent from in auburn. The cheap rent/month comes at the cost of quality of life. (no AC for weeks, leaks in your ...ceilings, horrible run down and smelly exteriors and Washer/Dryer room.)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
